Over a two year period, we acted as Principle Project Manager for the Health Protection Agency at Porton Down, working with consultants including Arup, Davis Langdon, and Bovis. We generated multiple feasibility designs both for Porton Down and another location. To achieve this work, substantial change management issues had to be identified and addressed. Working with multiple stakeholders, we led the Research team business case rationale and justifications. There was also significant liaison with regulatory specialists including HSE, Security services and Home Office to obtain agreement to proposals.
