If you prefer to write your own application, then our Review Service could be just for you. Ahead of writing your application we will provide an application template to ensure you cover all the key points as you write your application. Once written, we will conduct a thorough review of your application, and provide feedback via detailed notes.

We can help with time-consuming necessities of running an InnovateUK grant. This typically adds up to 1-2 days per quarter, on tasks including:

• Pre contract project set-up process
• Kick off meeting with the Monitoring Officer
• Quarterly Monitoring Meetings and claim paperwork
• Preparing project cost details and loading claims
• Advise on project change requests  

Our expertise goes beyond the traditional well known methodologies, although we are qualified Prince2 and MSP practitioners.

Our PM and Operations support focuses on helping our clients to transform the effectiveness and efficiency of their processes, and to continually improve the core operation of the organisation.

What we do

We can carry out interim and longer term Chief Operating Officer and Operations Management roles, typically for periods of over six months on either a full time or part time basis. We will work “jacket off” style alongside the executive management team, doing whatever it takes to make your organisation successful.

We can work on site or remotely, but either way, we will help to develop your operations function for the long term, and will offer flexibility regarding the number of days used per week.
